Complete the Maryland State Police required curriculum for your Wear & Carry Permit.
Hill Top Arms fulfills Maryland’s required 16 hours of initial training through a two-part program. Part A provides the foundational firearm knowledge and skills through either Handgun Fundamentals Level 1 or Women’s Only Handgun & Defensive Fundamentals Level 1. Part B completes the Maryland State Police required curriculum, including legal instruction and live-fire qualification.

Combined with Part A, this course satisfies Hill Top Arms’ 16-hour training program for the Maryland Wear & Carry Permit.
